  • We do not accept changes to order details, including shipping addresses or sizes, after the order is placed.
  • Eternal Street Apparel is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

Preorder Shipping

Preordered items are made-to-order and will ship at a later date specified in the product description. Please note the following before placing a preorder:

  • Production for preorder items begins after the specified preorder window closes.

  • The estimated shipping timeline for each item, along with production updates, can be found in our "Pre-Order / Pre-Order Status" menu section.

  • Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change. If any delays occur, we will provide updates via email and through the status page.

  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.

  • Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

  • All preorder sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, size changes, or shipping changes for preorder items.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, including for incorrect size selection or accidental purchases.

Defective Items

  • Exchanges or refunds are only accepted for defective items.
  • If you receive a defective item, you must notify our management team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.
  • Shipping can range between 5-7 business days via UPS.
